Marinette manufacturer drives brand awareness with a high-energy, heavy-hitting video
Samuel Pressure Vessel Group is an end-to-end manufacturer of pressure vessel solutions. Operating out of three locations (2 in WI, 1 in VA), the video was shot in the Marinette, WI, location and provides an overview of the business at its core while also supporting recruiting efforts in all 3 facilities.
Realizing that the competition for talent in the marketplace is fierce, it will be critical to highlight the benefits of working for Samuel (401k match, 4 day work week, immediate vacation eligibility, etc.) and what makes it unique.
An interview-based video that shares an overview of the company and its capabilities, along with the experience of the employees. Highly-produced broll footage with high-energy music is used to capture the attention and engage the audience.
Not only did the video itself drive awareness to potential customers, but to potential employees as well. Short clips from the video were also used to target recruits on social media.
